The Belgian Brother
Belgian Triple with accentuating scents of mandarin orange and rock candy,
with complimentary notes of sweet, acidic citrus, and baking spices while balanced
with a floral bitterness.
Ale, 7.5% ABV, 36 IBU, 4.7 SRM
The Helles Brother
Light, old-world Bavarian lager with subtle noble hop aromatics and hints of
honey and toasted malt sweetness.
Lager, 5.0% ABV, 12 IBU, 4.9 SRM
Belgian Wit
Boasts a light yet refreshing body that leads into a crisp mouthfeel. Primary
notes of zesty citrus, coriander, and passion fruit.​

The Kiwi Brother
This lager incorporates an exclusively-grown New Zealand hop profile, that
leaves behind notes of white wine and freshly zested lime.
Hybrid, 6.3% ABV, 23 IBU, 5.0 SRM
The RYEghteous Brother
Altered IPA that focusses on the rye which offers the drinker a delightful
blend of palatable spices, while maintaining a backbone of pine; secondary notes
range from zesty citrus to floral.

Japanese Rice Lager
Traditional Japanese lager using a combination of flaked rice and delicate
hops offering a refreshingly dry finish and lingering notes of Meyer lemon.

Tamarindo Cider
Pure 100% Tamarind fruit fermented just off-dry which allows the fresh,
natural aromas and flavors to shine - drinks similar to a pear/apple cider mix.

Raspberry Blonde
Slight tartness balanced by the soft raspberry sweetness define this light ale.
Secondary notes of grapefruit rind and black currant round out this profile.

Midnight black in color, this stout is driven by bold flavors of cacao, dark
chocolate, and coffee, yet offers easy drinkability with its light, silky body.

Our version of the iconic Irish Red style remains committed to the basics; soft, caramel and bready toasted malts and an approachable bitterness lead to a great sessionable beer that finishes refreshingly dry.
